These terms govern your use of ActionAmp. They’re written in plain language. By using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and anything done with it. Keep your password secure. You must be 13 or older (16 or older in the EU and UK, where local law requires it).

Your content

You own everything you create in ActionAmp. We store it to provide the service. We don’t claim rights to your content beyond what’s needed to run the app.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use ActionAmp for anything illegal.
• Don’t try to break, hack, or overload the service.
• Don’t use it to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Basically: be a decent human. Use the app for its purpose: getting things done.

The service

ActionAmp is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it reliable and secure, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change features or limits with notice.

Plans and billing

ActionAmp has a free tier and paid plans, including Pro (recurring), Prepaid credit, and a limited Founding 100 lifetime plan. Current prices and what each plan includes live at the billing page in the app. Prices may change, but we’ll give notice before they do, and any paid entitlement you’ve already bought is honored for its term. We won’t bait-and-switch.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we’ll notify you in the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
